The Academy Haasrode

At The Academy in Haasrode, you'll find two spacious and professionally equipped kitchens of 90 m² each, tailored for culinary training, events, and content creation. 

Each kitchen features multiple kitchen islands with hotplates, steam ovens, large worktops, and all the necessary professional tools including blenders, food processors, and access to a cold room, offering a premium environment for both individual and group activities.

Ideal for cookbook presentations, school trainings, team-building activities, mise-en-place, tastings, or demo cooking, the space is designed to accommodate up to 20 people in comfort. 

The open setup is perfect for collaborative cooking and includes the possibility to give presentations via PC and screen, making it just as suitable for theory as for practice.

Available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 22:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00, these kitchens are the perfect solution for chefs, educators, food brands, or culinary teams looking for a flexible, inspiring, and fully equipped space to bring their projects to life.
