Merelbeke Academy

Located in Merelbeke/Melle, The Academy offers four seperatly kitchens, each spanning 90 m² and built to meet the highest professional standards. These bright, spacious kitchens are equipped with multiple kitchen islands featuring modern induction hotplates, large stainless steel worktops, combi steam ovens, professional blenders, and food processors, making them ideal for hands-on cooking, demonstrations, and culinary education. 

Designed with flexibility in mind, each kitchen comfortably accommodates up to 20 participants and is perfectly suited for activities such as cookbook launches, team-building events, school trainings, tastings, and demo cooking. The layout allows for simultaneous cooking and interaction, while the adjoining presentation area is equipped with a screen and PC setup, making it easy to alternate between theory and practice.

With availability Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 22:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00, this venue offers a professional, inspiring, and easily accessible setting for chefs, educators, and food entrepreneurs looking to bring their ideas to life in a premium environment.
