The Academy Grimbergen

The Academy of Grimbergen is located in a unique and atmospheric setting that blends historical charm with modern functionality. Housed partly in a beautifully restored building with a contemporary extension, this culinary space offers a professional and inspiring environment for any food-focused event.

The location features one fully equipped kitchen of 90m², designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind. The space includes multiple central kitchen islands with induction hotplates, large stainless steel worktops, and a full range of high-end appliances including steam ovens, blenders, food processors, and more. The setup is ideal for both hands-on cooking and demonstration-style formats.

The kitchen has a cold room for optimal ingredient storage, ample dry storage space, and a practical manual dishwashing area. The spacious interior is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views onto the neatly landscaped courtyard garden, which adds a tranquil and elegant touch to your cooking sessions.

With seating and workspace for up to 20 participants, the kitchen is ideal for organizing:

• Culinary school trainings

• Photoshoots

• Teambuilding activities

• Demo cooking and tastings

• Mise-en-place sessions

There is also the possibility to give presentations before, during, or after the cooking session via PC/Screen.

Available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 22:00, and on Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00.
