This fully equipped, professional kitchen is designed for high-efficiency food production and is ideal for caterers, small food businesses, and culinary entrepreneurs. The space, estimated around 35–45 m², is fitted with stainless steel surfaces and modular worktables, ensuring both hygiene and flexibility in workflow.
The kitchen includes a Rational combi oven with 6 trays, known for its precision cooking and programmability—perfect for baking, roasting, or steaming at scale. A large multi-burner range cooker allows for versatile stovetop work, while the Comenda industrial dishwasher and deep sinks streamline cleaning operations. The space also features a Robot Coupe MP 350 Ultra hand blender, vacuum packing machine (Hendi) for sous-vide or safe storage, and a Rational CookingCenter, enabling efficient boiling, searing, and frying.
